Paul Dickason moved to Wellington in 1998 after completing a business Studies Degree at Massey University majoring in Residential and Commercial Valuation.  For the next decade Paul worked for both Department of Child Youth and Family and Telecom as a senior property Manager and Project Manager.

After 10 years, Paul decided to enter the real estate field. Paul started working in partnership with another agent and quickly established himself as a dynamic salesman and strong negotiator. He became one of the industries leading agents within a five year period. The phenomenal growths of the partnership lead to expanding the sales team to four and for Paul personally, being placed 70th internationally for the largest global real estate company in the world.

Having established himself as one of Wellington’s leading real estate agents Paul looked to further his career opportunities and to personally challenge himself to go further.

In 2014 Paul was asked to take over the Wellington office of The Professionals as both co-owner and manager.  “Working with a brand and company as well known and respected as the Professionals, I seized the opportunity immediately.”
